1. Digital Products

All items sold on the Site are digital downloads only.
No physical products are shipped.

All digital product purchases are final upon delivery.

 • One (1) non-transferable classroom license for educational use
 • Permission to print materials for a single classroom of students
 • Permission to store purchased files on personal devices or within classroom systems for individual classroom use

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
 • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing files
 • Posting files on school platforms, shared drives, social media groups, websites, or public folders
 • Using materials commercially
 • Modifying, altering, or claiming materials as original work

Additional licenses are required for multiple classrooms or educators.

All worksheets, templates, PDFs, graphics, text, lesson plans, product descriptions, and digital files on the Site constitute the exclusive intellectual property of Special Education Resources.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of intellectual property is prohibited.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by third-party systems such as Shopify Payments and Stripe.
Submission of payment details authorizes the full purchase amount for each transaction.

Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Support is available for issues such as:
 • Corrupted files
 • Incorrect downloads
 • Technical access problems
